ARTICLE 10—Interpretation
10.1. Interpretation.
These Bylaws constitute a written agreement between the Association and
its members, Directors and officers. The Bylaws should be interpreted in connection
with the California Nonprofit Corporation Law which supplements and controls
these Bylaws.
