ARTICLE 3—Dues
3.1. Dues.
The Board shall set dues and fees, make assessments and set the terms of
payment. The member, where appropriate, shall make appropriate arrangements
to cause a payroll deduction to be established for direct payment of dues
to the Association.
3.2. Delinquency.
Any member of the Association who is delinquent in dues, fees or assessments
may be suspended or terminated as provided above.
3.3. Refunds.
No dues will be refunded.
