About DMA

DMA membership offers many benefits. It provides mentoring and networking within the District so that you can learn the formal and informal “ropes,” as well as gain confidence in your new position.

It offers professional development opportunities and opportunities to get together with peers, get acquainted, relax, and have some fun.

DMA is present on interview panels with input into the selection of all new managers. It participates in the development of management evaluation forms and processes. And meetings are held monthly with the superintendent to discuss any issues of concern to the membership.

Please give serious consideration to the invitation to join Diablo Managers Association. The nominal membership dues provide valuable services!
